★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendem o telefone só na hora que eles quererm. E no fim de semana parecem deixar fora do gancho perto da hora de fechar. Agem como se estivessem fazendo um favor, nao como se fossem comerciantes.
They answer the phone only when they want to. And on the weekend they seem to leave off the hook close to closing time. They act as if they are doing them a favor, not as if they are traders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As duas primeiras vezes que liguei fui bem atendido e as entregas foram feitas. Hj uma mulher me atendeu mal, sem educação, conversava comigo no telefone e com outra pessoa ao mesmo tempo. Decidi não comprar e a Multigaz me atendeu super bem e deu desconto pq peguei 3 botijões.
The first two times I called I was well attended and deliveries were made. Today a woman treated me badly, without education, talking to me on the phone and to someone else at the same time. I decided not to buy and Multigaz served me very well and gave me a discount because I took 3 canisters.
