Ligue no mínimo 06 vezes, fui atendido pelo BRUNO, que muito solicito transferia a ligação para o setor de vendas, lá sim, ninguém atendia.
PERGUNTEI SOBRE UM PRODUTO, E O BRUNO FALOU, VOU TE TRANSFERIR PARA O SETOR DE VENDAS, EU FALEI: LÁ NINGUÉM ATENDE!
Só fui mal atendido assim na Oi, mas na oi agente já tá acostumado ficar 1hora na linha esperando alguém que resolva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui à loja procurar uma vendedora a qual tinha entrado em contato por telefone. Um outro vendedor veio me atender e falei que queria falar com tal vendedora. Ele rodou procurando a criatura e depois me disse que só poderia ser ela? Então disse que poderia ser ele também. Ele continuou procurando a vendedora e me disse que ia separar uns pedidos se um outro cliente o qual ele estava falando no celular. A vendedora não apareceu, este vendedor se escorou no balcão e eu saí, fui à loja do lado (Norflex) onde fui bem atendida e o produto 20 reais mais barato e bonito do que o desta loja. Desceu e muito no meu conceito viu?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei muito. Depois de ter passado um tempo escolhendo estampas pra um forro impermeável, escolhi um e paguei. E só depois, na hora de pegar, descobri que haviam outras estampas. Não me disseram porque TODOS os vendedores e vendedoras fizeram a suposição que eu não iria querer ver outras estampas porque eram mais caras (eles disseram isso). Certamente, concluíram isso por eu estar de sandálias, apesar de ter pago minha compra no débito. Não voltarei na loja.
I didn't like it very much. After spending time choosing patterns for a waterproof lining, I chose one and paid. And only later, when it was time to get it, I discovered that there were other prints. They didn't tell me why ALL the salespeople and salespeople made the assumption that I wouldn't want to see other prints because they were more expensive (they said that). Certainly, they concluded this because I was wearing sandals, despite having paid my debit purchase. I won't be back at the store.
