★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos em várias lojas do segmento para encontrarmos o revestimento ideal que deixasse nossa casa mais bonita. Na Telhanorte da Marginal em São Paulo encontramos o revestimento "Nova Manhattan" da cor beje da "Revest L'art", ficamos felizes pelo visual do produto, então compramos 30 m2.
A decepção foi rápida. Quando recebi a entrega já levei o "balde de água fria". Abri uma caixa e as peças faltavam pedaços nas extremidades, abri outra e notei que algumas partes estavam esfarelando, abri uma outra caixa e simplesmente a peça desmontou-se na minha mão.
Pelo preço que paguei, e, obviamente mesmo que fosse barato, não justifica a péssima qualidade do produto. Perdi meu tempo, atrapalhou a obra e o pedreiro, ficamos chateados com a aquisição. Portanto, não indico o produto à ninguém. Estou alertando para que outros não caiam nessa armadilha.
Recusei o produto e abri reclamação na loja. Tentei mandar mensagem à empresa, porém o site não permite mandar mensagem, no campo de mensagens. Fica registrado aqui minha reclamação e desgosto com o "produto" e "marca".
We went in several stores in the segment to find the ideal coat that would make our home more beautiful. At Telhanorte da Marginal in São Paulo we find the "New Manhattan" finish of the beige color of "Revest L'art", we were happy for the product look, so we bought 30 m2.
The disappointment was swift. When I received the delivery I took the "bucket of cold water". I opened a box and the pieces were missing pieces at the ends, I opened another and noticed that some parts were crumbling, I opened another box and simply the piece dismounted in my hand.
For the price I paid, and obviously even cheap, does not justify the poor quality of the product. I wasted my time, got in the way of the work and the bricklayer, we were annoyed at the acquisition. Therefore, I do not indicate the product to anyone. I'm warning others not to fall into this trap.
I refused the product and opened a complaint in the store. I tried to send a message to the company, but the site does not allow to send a message in the message field. I hereby register my complaint and disgust with the "product" and "brand".
