I was impressed with the variety and quality of the products that Revest works with. The staff are wonderful! Excellent service at all stages; from the store, via the remote support, to the boys who came here to install the curtains. Incredible!

Na hora de desenvolver a venda é tudo perfeito, logo apos realizar o pagamento via pix, nao recebi confirmação de recebimento, tive que cobrar, depois pedi um documento provando que havia comprado a mercadoria e nao fui fornecido, no dia seguinte, tive que cobrar via telefone a nota fiscal do que eu já havia pago, caso contrário nao teria prova nenhuma da minha compra. No dia da entrega não foram no dia, ninguem entrou em contato informando o motivo ou para remarcar, eu que tive que ir na loja cobrar a entrega, alem disso, como se ja nao fosse o suficiente, fui informado que eles nao “sobem” o material. Oras, eu moro no apartamento, nao na portaria, procedimento de entrega é subir sim. Disseram que falaram mas procurei na conversa e nao achei. Empresa totalmente anti-profissional e PÉSSIMO atendimento ao cliente. Pense 2 vezes antes de comprar aqui.
Totally unprofessional company and poor service. When developing the sale, everything is perfect, right after making the payment via pix, I did not receive confirmation of receipt, I had to charge, then I asked for a document proving that I had purchased the merchandise and was not supplied, the next day, I had to charge via phone the invoice of what I had already paid, otherwise I would not have any proof of my purchase. On the day of delivery, they were not on the day, no one contacted me stating the reason or to reschedule, I had to go to the store to collect the delivery, besides, as if that wasn't enough, I was informed that they don't "go up" the material. Well, I live in the apartment, not in the lobby, the delivery procedure is to go upstairs. They said they talked but I looked in the conversation and didn't find it. Totally unprofessional company and TERRIBLE customer service. Think twice before buying here.
