★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse daria uma nota negativa. -1000. Atendimento péssimo, não fazem questão nenhuma de atender os clientes. Trocam peças erradas e não tem organização nenhuma. Não anotam o problema específico do equipamento que você relata, e querem colocar outro tipo de defeito que não existe na ordem de serviço. Não sei sinceramente como uma empresa dessa ainda funciona, como os fabricantes tem coragem de colocar suas marcas pra serem atendidas e avaliadas nesse lugar. Péssimo!
If I could I would give a negative note. -1000. Lousy service, they do not insist on serving customers. They change the wrong parts and have no organization. They do not write down the specific problem of the equipment you report, and they want to place another type of defect that does not exist in the work order. I don't really know how a company like this still works, how manufacturers have the courage to put their brands to be served and evaluated in this place. Terrible!

Quando fui buscar, nem haviam começado a trabalhar no conserto. pediram um dia para o conserto. Voltei uma semana depois e me disseram que a peça necessária estava em falta na fábrica, sem nem mesmo me avisar pelo telefone. Não vá lá! Péssimo
