★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que nunca na minha vida eu fui tratado tão mal. O atendente, extremamente arrogante e soberbo, me olhou dos pés à cabeça, viu que eu me vestia de maneira simples - bermuda e chinelo, pois moro próximo e fui rapidamente à loja, pois tinha urgência - e daí para frente foi só desdém.
Quando eu perguntava algo, ele respondia, de modo ríspido e desinteressado, como que querendo se livrar logo de mim. Uma pena, pois dinheiro tenho, e se quisesse comprava à vista qualquer item da loja, pois sou trabalhador honrado.
Não perderam 1 cliente, perderam muito mais, pois sempre que tiver a oportunidade irei relatar a experiência hedionda que sofri nesta loja. Se este é o rei das cadeiras, fico me perguntando quem é o tirano...

When I asked a question, he answered, sharply and disinterestedly, as if wanting to get rid of me right away. A pity, because I have money, and if I wanted to buy any item in store, I am an honest worker.
They did not lose 1 client, they lost much more, because whenever I have the opportunity I will report the hideous experience I suffered in this store. If this is the king of the chairs, I wonder who the tyrant is ...

I lost budget to renovate my chair and they charged more than the value of the new chair at the store. Absurd, if it comes personal, if so I would buy another new one in the store. Just remembering that my chair is not generic it is original. They asked me 750.00 to do the reform on the chair.
