Deveriam voltar a estudar para tratar seus clientes melhores. já era cliente, e em uma determinada compra me enviaram errado as tampas de perfis, me ocasionando um prejuizo com perfis sem vender por causa das tampas que não vieram. em outra ocasião fiz uma cotação com os mesmos afim de comprar essas tampas, mas estava aguardando meu cliente dar o aval.só que sem minha autorização a rfc faturou a nota fiscal,pedi para eles cancelar a nota pois ainda estava a espera do cliente,o boleto chegou e tive uma dor de cabeça para que eles fizessem o cancelamento do titulo no ultimo dia de vencimento para protesto!Nunca Deixei de cumprir com um pagamento,inclusive dessa empresa.o dono Rodrigo foi muito mau educado me dizendo coisas horriveis no zap, dizendo que não precisava de um pedido de m... e que tinha autorizado as meninas a não me vender.Atitude de uma criança e não de um profissional.
Tenho a gravação aqui comigo e poderia entrar com uma ação contra o mesmo. Mas acredito que desse jeito de administrar essa empresa não vai longe.
Awful company. Staff and boss are rude. They should go back to school to treat their better customers. I was already a customer, and in a certain purchase they sent me wrong the profile caps, causing me a prejudice with unsold profiles because of the caps that did not come. on another occasion I made a quotation with the same in order to buy these caps, but I was waiting for my client to give the guarantee. But without my authorization, the rfc invoiced the invoice, I asked them to cancel the note because I was still waiting for the customer, the ticket arrived and I had a headache so they could cancel the title on the last day of expiration to protest! I never stopped fulfilling a payment, even from that company. The owner Rodrigo was very rude telling me horrible things in the zap , saying that he did not need a request from me ... and that he had authorized the girls not to sell me. A child's attitude and not a professional's.
I have the recording here with me and could file an action against it. But I believe that this way of running this company does not go far.
