★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só estou dando uma estrela porque não tem como dar menos está com quase um mês que espero a entrega de um produto. E para piorar não consigo entrar em contato com o número porque quando não atende diz que o número não existe. Pior comprar que já fiz!
I'm only giving it a star because there's no way to give less. It's almost a month since I wait for a product to be delivered. And to make matters worse I can't get in touch with the number because when you don't answer it says that the number doesn't exist. Worst buy I've ever made!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cama no dia 3/10 e ficaram de entregar com 10 dias e não entregaram quando liguei para loja disseram que vão entregar só no fim do mês, não ligaram para dizer nada, sem respeito com o cliente. Agem de má fé.
I bought a bed on 10/3 and they were delivered with 10 days and did not deliver when I called the store they said they will deliver only at the end of the month, they did not call to say anything, without respect for the customer. They act in bad faith.

Don't buy from this store! I bought a piece of furniture for my living room and more than fifteen days ago the pieces of furniture in my living room are here and nobody comes to install it !! Complete neglect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse não daria nem 1 estrela, comprei um colchão e uma base nesse inferno que chamam de loja, quando chegou o colchão chegou com defeito fazendo barulho muito alto e a base chegou mofada, solicitamos a troca que demorou mais de 1 semana pra ser feita, quando a troca chegou aqui, o colchão e a base que trouxeram do depósito chegou com o mesmo defeito( colchão com defeito fazendo um barulho, e a base mofada), tentamos solicitar o cancelamento mas pediram pelo amor de Deus pra gente aceitar a 3° troca, então aceitamos que fosse feito uma nova troca que demorou mais de semana pra ser feita, quando a nova troca chegou a o colchão estava molhado, não aceitamos o produto dessa forma, agora depois de quase 1 mês a empresa fazendo trocas mau intencionadas pois não é possível que um produto saia do galpão sem nem uma supervisão e não foi feita uma troca não vinhetas 3 produtos com os mesmos defeitos, estamos tentamos fazer o cancelamento mas a empresa se nega a cancelar inventando mentiras e burocracias que não existe, estou abrindo a solicitação junto ao Procon para resolver isso na justiça, pois essa loja faz do consumidor um verdadeiro palhaço!!!
Espero que meu cancelamento seja feito e a empresa recolha o lixo que trouxe para minha casa!
If I could I wouldn't give even 1 star, I bought a mattress and a base in this hell they call a store, when it arrived the mattress arrived with a defect making a very loud noise and the base arrived moldy, we requested the exchange that took more than 1 week to be made , when the exchange arrived here, the mattress and the base that they brought from the warehouse arrived with the same defect (defective mattress making a noise, and the base moldy), we tried to request a cancellation but they asked for God's sake for us to accept the 3 ° exchange, so we accepted that a new exchange was made that took more than a week to be made, when the new exchange arrived the mattress was wet, we do not accept the product that way, now after almost 1 month the company making bad intentions because it is not possible for a product to leave the warehouse without supervision and an exchange has not been made no vignettes 3 products with the same defects, we are trying to cancel but the company refuses to cancel making up lies and bureaucracy that doesn't exist, I'm opening the request with Procon to solve this in justice, because this store makes the consumer a real clown!!!
I hope my cancellation is done and the company picks up the garbage I brought to my house!
