Minha surpresa quando dia 17/10 chegou um basculante inteiro para ser colocado o que recusei. Meu erro foi não ter conferido na OS a metragem colocada, confiando na loja e no funcionário. liguei para a loja, querendo devolver o basculante e receber o dinheiro de volta, PAGO Á VISTA!, o funcionário me deu o nº do tel do dono, com quem não consigo falar, já adiantando que ele não fará isso. E que NÃO TERIA NENHUM PROBLEMA EM COLOCAR UM NOVO BASCULANTE! somente 290,00 jogados fora, sem necessidade. Detalhe que não se encontra o dono, MARCELO (que fez um comentário nesta página), na loja tb. Assim como integrante do judiciário estadual vou tomar as medidas cabíveis e divulgar na web para todos os conhecidos e vizinhos não procurarem mais os serviços desta loja.
I asked an employee of this store to come to my office to measure and order the repair of a flap on a two-flap dump. The other one is perfect. My surprise when on 17/10 came a whole tipper to be placed which I refused. My mistake was not checking the OS the footage, trusting the store and the employee. I called the store, wanting to return the tipper and get the money back, PAID IN SIGHT !, the clerk gave me the owner's phone number, with whom I can not talk, already saying he will not do it. And THAT WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM IN PLACING A NEW TILT! only 290.00 thrown away, no need. Detail that is not found the owner, MARCELO (who commented on this page), in store tb. As a member of the state judiciary I will take the appropriate measures and disclose on the web for all known and neighbors not to seek the services of this store.
