★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem comprar um Ford Ka e me ofertaram por um preço, hoje liguei para fechar o negócio e o Sr. Rodrigo todo grosseiro e sem educação simplesmente aumentou 1300 reais a mais do combinado dizendo q se eu quisesse resolver comprar seria só conversando pessoalmente novamente, ou seja, não tem palavra de homem.
Um vendedor agir dessa forma quer dizer que não está no ramo certo.

Até cheguei acreditar que poderia ser uma falta de sorte minha, então decidi vir aqui visualizar os comentários, e como visto,parece ser bem comum.
Me parece que não conhecem ou se fazem de desentendidos sobre os art. 26 e 27 do CDC.
Acredito que muitos que buscam empresas para compra de um bem,como foi meu caso,buscam pela segurança, caso tenha alguma situação posterior e olhei que sinalizei no dia seguinte a compra.
Como disse a um representante da empresa, faz parte do jogo,não é mesmo?
Desejo de verdade que a empresa mude no pós vendas.Sabemos o quanto é difícil captar clientes, fidelizar e empreender, mas com esse tipo de atitude, só tem a perder, ainda mais quando falamos do que é DIREITO do consumidor.
Fica aqui minha indignação para leitura, até porque pela empresa,sei que só será mais uma ou nem irão visualizar.
