Tive a infelicidade de constatar uma perfuração no encanamento da infraestrutura já preparada no apartamento, e nos atrapalhou e atrasou bastante, porém por sorte havia contratado profissionais competentes que solucionaram prontamente o problema e deixaram tudo funcionando. Provavelmente um profissional desleixado teria deixado o problema passar e me traria muitas dores de cabeça no futuro.
Além disso tudo, o Rafael me atendeu muito bem desde o primeiro contato, me respondeu rapidamente ao primeiro chamado e logo me passou um orçamento preciso, que por sinal trazia um valor extremamente justo. Com certeza recomendo a empresa e dificilmente troco para futuros reparos e instalações.
Very competent professionals, you can feel that they understand a lot of what they are doing and precisely follow the rules for the correct installation of air conditioners. I had the misfortune to find a perforation in the piping of the infrastructure already prepared in the apartment, and it got in our way and delayed a lot, but luckily I had hired competent professionals who promptly solved the problem and left everything working. Probably a sloppy professional would have let the problem pass and would bring me a lot of headaches in the future.
In addition to all that, Rafael attended me very well from the first contact, responded quickly to the first call and then gave me a precise quote, which by the way brought an extremely fair value. I definitely recommend the company and I hardly change for future repairs and installations.
