★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviam produto com atraso, quando chega é entregue incompleto. Depois se enrolam mais ainda para solucionar. Como se não houvesse problema, cliente, regras, código do consumidor ou PROCON. Como se nada disso existisse. Tremenda dor de cabeça para quem faz o pedido.
They ship product late, when it arrives it is delivered incomplete. Afterwards they curl up even more to solve. As if there was no problem, customer, rules, consumer code or PROCON. As if none of this existed. Tremendous headache for whoever makes the request.
