O atendimento é bom e eles deixam o cliente bem à vontade para escolher com calma o que quer levar. Recomendo, é difícil não encontrar o seu presente lá.
Great variety of toys. From board games to teddy bears. The price is not cheap, but toys for kids are more expensive anyway.

Quase tudo tem um preço salgado, podendo achar os mesmo itens bem mais em conta em outras lojas físicas ou online, mas compensa se quiser comprar algo localmente para não ficar esperando o tempo de entrega

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz várias compras nessa loja, mas ontem a tarde, tive uma experiência desagradável. Estava na loja com minhas filhas e uma funcionária ficava por perto. Vendo que elas demoravam a escolher algo, a funcionária começou a bater as unhas numa mesa de madeira, fazendo um barulho forte e irritante. Ela estava visivelmente impaciente. Isso aconteceu perto da porta de entrada/ saída da loja. Depois, perguntou se era para presente. Respondi que não, que minhas filhas ainda estavam olhando e as chamei para irmos embora. Desisti de comprar naquela hora.Minha nota acima é para a funcionária e não para a loja da qual sou cliente e que minhas filhas gostam muito. Espero que haja melhora no atendimento.
I've made several purchases at this store, but yesterday afternoon I had an unpleasant experience. I was at the store with my daughters and an employee was nearby. Seeing that they were slow to choose something, the employee began tapping her nails on a wooden table, making a loud and irritating noise. She was visibly impatient. This happened near the entrance/exit door of the store. Then he asked if it was a gift. I said no, that my daughters were still watching and called them to leave. I gave up on buying at that time. My note above is for the employee and not the store I'm a customer of and that my daughters really like. I hope there is improvement in service.
