Depois atribuem a culpa ao parceiro deles , o qual você sequer conhece, pois comprou da empresa Ri Happy . E pior : se tiver algum problema com a sua compra também não consegue ligar para o Sac . O atendimento ao consumidor é todo virtual e o site está toda hora com problemas. Lamentável que essa empresa que já foi umas das melhores de São Paulo preste esse tipo de serviço.
The company was once good. You buy online and they don't deliver. They keep the child waiting on children's day. Then they blame their partner, whom you don't even know, having bought from the Ri Happy company. And worse: if you have any problems with your purchase, you can't call Sac either. Customer service is all virtual and the site is in trouble all the time. It is regrettable that this company, which was once one of the best in São Paulo, provides this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja, com atendimento preciso e atencioso e muito espaçosa. Há uma grande variedade de produtos para todas as idades. A parte de Lego está com muitas opções. Sempre há promoções. A loja conta com protocolo de segurança com álcool em gel na entrada. Estacionamento pago do shopping.
