★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi muito boa , minha filha de 5 anos de idade precisou ir ao banheiro e tivemos que correr por todos os banheiros do shopping para encontrar um que estivesse aberto e funcionando , o mesmo só foi encontrado na praça de alimentação , como um shopping fecha todos os banheiros e deixa apenas o da praça de alimentação funcionando , vocês têm apenas a praça de alimentação ou tem outras lojas também isso é vergonhoso uma falta de respeito com os clientes .
E pode ficar ciente vou espalhar esse constrangimento em todas as redes sociais .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha opinião, a loja deveria ter melhores condições de parcelamento. Eles empurram o cartão da loja, dão um limite ridículo. E no cartão de crédito de outras bandeiras, o parcelamento é mínimo, seja o valor que for.
In my opinion, the store should have better installment conditions. They push the store card, set a ridiculous limit. And on the credit card of other brands, the installment payment is minimal, whatever the amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é grande e com muitas opções para homens e mulheres. Mas, o atendimento nos caixas é muito lento, o que fez até com que eu desistisse da compra. Detalhe: só tinha 2 pessoas na fila e depois de 10 minutos de espera, sem a fila andar, desisti da compra. Apenas uma atendente do caixa, que ficou muito tempo conversando com 1 cliente.
The store is large and has many options for men and women. But the service at the checkouts is very slow, which even made me give up on the purchase. Detail: there were only 2 people in the queue and after 10 minutes of waiting, without the queue moving, I gave up on the purchase. Only one cashier, who spent a long time talking to 1 customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma troca de peça avariada da loja, algo muito comum na rede e ainda fui constrangida pelos funcionários, me perguntaram se eu faço muita troca sem nota pois acusou sei lá o que no sistema. É a segunda vez que fiz uma troca nessa loja e nunca mais compro nada da rede. Te tratam como se você fosse uma criminosa. Deveria processar a loja por difamação. Moro na Granja a mais de dez anos e nunca passei por isso. É isso que dá comprar em lojinha. Perderam uma família inteira de clientes. Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja realizar uma troca e a funcionária me informou que eu só encontraria a peça em questão na loja do Eldorado, me desloquei do Granja ao Eldorado e chegando lá não tinham a peça. Tem que ter mais atenção nessas situações para não fazer o cliente de otario.
