Devido a um problema da primeira vez me surpreendeu o valor cobrados nas pçs estava o dobro do valor no.mercado, comprei as.mesmas pçs.originais na Kaveam para fazer o serviço proposto para resolução do problema, após menos de um mês do conserto, voltou a dar problema levei o carro pois uma.mangueira estourou isso já era sinal de algo errado porém me trocaram a mangueira e colocaram o fluido ps cobraram 120 reais somente em 2littos de fluido mais do que o triplo do mercado. Sem contar a mao de obra. Pela terceira vez deu problema no carro e recebi apenas um retorno que não tem como saber o que e o problema que teriam que checar várias coisas resumindo mais dinheiro a gastar. Não recomendo para ninguém, um serviço de confiança tem que focar na resolução do problema é não fazer o que é mais simples para cobrar o cliente indiscriminadamente.

Due to a problem the first time I was surprised the amount charged in the pieces was double the value in the supermarket, I bought the same original pieces in Kaveam to do the proposed service to solve the problem, after less than a month of repair, I got into trouble again, I took the car because a hose broke that was already a sign of something wrong but I changed the hose and put the fluid ps charged 120 reais only in 2 liters of fluid more than three times the market. Not to mention the manpower. For the third time there was a problem with the car and I received only a return that has no way of knowing what and the problem would have to check various things summarizing more money to spend. I do not recommend it to anyone, a reliable service has to focus on solving the problem and not doing what is simpler to charge the customer indiscriminately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava de passagem por Sorocaba e um amigo indicou a oficina para o serviço de balanceamento. Cheguei e logo começaram a fazer o serviço nas quatro rodas. Já na estrada pude comprovar que o balanceamento foi muito bem feito, parou a trepidação. Agradeço ao Fernando e aos guris que me atenderam com rapidez, qualidade e preço justo. Mais que recomendo.
He was passing through Sorocaba and a friend indicated the workshop for the balancing service. I arrived and soon started to do the service on the four wheels. On the road, I could see that the balancing was very well done, the chatter stopped. I am grateful to Fernando and the boys who attended me with speed, quality and fair price. More than I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar em si até tem um bom atendimento porém o funcionário q me atendeu so disse q trocaria o meu pneu se eu fizesse a cambagem , eu questionei , falei q não ia fazer cambagem no meu carro , e que eu só queria comprar os 4 pneus , eu compraria e trocaria em outro lugar , ele simplesmente me respondeu q então não poderia me vender os pneus so se eu fizesse a troca no local e com a cambagem resumindo ele fazem a tal venda casada q é proibido por lei , na hr fiquei com tanta raiva q nem pensei mais deveria ter chamado a polícia , além de gastar uma nota nos pneus gastei mais uma grana na cambagem e se não bastasse , eles simplesmente entortaram meu disco de freio, claro q isso só fui perceber depois , enfim fica aqui minha indignação, não recomendo esse lugar pra ninguém , pq eles jogam sujo de mais , sou mulher mais não sou burra , mais sinceramente tem coisas q nem vale a pena brigar …. Uma hr a conta deles chega !
The place itself even has good service, but the employee who attended me just said that he would change my tire if I did the camber, I questioned, I said I wasn't going to do camber in my car, and that I just wanted to buy the 4 tires , I would buy and exchange elsewhere , he simply replied that then he could not sell the tires to me only if I did the exchange on the spot and with the camber in short they make the such tie-up sale that is prohibited by law, at hr I was with so angry that I didn't even think about it anymore I should have called the police, in addition to spending a bill on the tires I spent another money on the camber and if that wasn't enough, they just bent my brake disc, of course I only realized that later, anyway here's mine indignation, I don't recommend this place to anyone, because they play too dirty, I'm a woman but I'm not stupid, but honestly there are things that aren't even worth fighting about…. One hr their account arrives!
