★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca leve o seu carro a essa oficina, principalmente se for indicada por seguradoras. Meu carro foi batido e eles sequer checaram os danos, fizeram a parte estética de forma incompleta e passados mais de 30 dias do prazo (total de 65) o carro ainda não está pronto.
Ao retirar o carro da mecânica percebi que alguma peça que faz parte do sistema de sustentação do motor estava quebrado e o carro estava totalmente instável, sendo que eu havia inúmeras vezes pontuado o problema e ninguém sequer verificou.
Serviço de péssima qualidade, profissionais não qualificados e além de tudo tentam te empurrar serviços adicionais. São meros trocadores de peças, por inúmeras vezes expliquei o que ocorreu no acidente e sem fazer nenhuma análise dissseram que o tipo de batida não causaria danos além do estético, sendo que fiquei prensado entre 2 veículos.
Eles possuem outra oficina na região chamada Club Car, que apesar de não ter tido nenhum problema eu também não recomendo, pois por indicação deles eu levei meu carro nesta oficina e é do mesmo dono.
 Never take your car to this workshop, especially if recommended by insurers. My car was crashed and they did not even check the damage, did the aesthetic part incompletely and after more than 30 days of deadline (total of 65) the car is not ready yet.
When removing the car from the mechanics I realized that some part that is part of the engine support system was broken and the car was totally unstable, and I had pointed out the problem countless times and no one even checked.
poor quality of service, unskilled and above all try to push you additional services. They are mere parts changers, many times I explained what happened in the accident and without doing any analysis said that the type of crash would not cause damage beyond the aesthetic, and was stuck between 2 vehicles.
They have another workshop in the area called Club Car, which although I had no problem I also do not recommend, because by their indication I took my car in this workshop and is the same owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até lá porque uma amiga me indicou. Ela foi fazer um orçamento de uma pequena avaria, eles realizaram o conserto mas se recusaram a cobrar. Devido sua postura honesta, rara atualmente, resolvi fazer um orçamento lá. Meu carro estava muito sujo e deve ter sido trabalhoso deixá-lo pronto. Superaram totalmente minhas expectativas. O carro parece outro, fazem jus ao nome da empresa: RENOVADORA DE VEÍCULOS.
I went there because a friend indicated me. She went to budget a small breakdown, they repaired but refused to charge. Due to his honest posture, rare today, I decided to make a budget there. My car was very dirty and it must have been laborious to get it ready. They totally exceeded my expectations. The car looks like another, lives up to the company name: VEHICLE RENEWER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro para consertar há mais de um ano e ficou ruim, funcionário da empresa me assegurou que a cor ficaria mais parecido com a cor original com o passar do tempo. Venho aqui para NEGAR este fato. Carro segue com diferença de cor. Serviço RUIM.
E assim, eu tenho como provar que o serviço foi porco. Certamente o porta voz da empresa tem uma desculpinha pra negar esse minha avaliação. Mas essa desculpinha não é na minha presença, com certeza.
E se vc que está lendo for observador, vai ver que depois dessa minha avaliação, que foi há 11 meses, tem muitas avaliações boas. Certamente os funcionários dessa oficina instruíram os clientes a fazer boas avaliações.

I took my car in for repair over a year ago and it went bad, the company employee assured me that the color would look more like the original color over time. I come here to DENY this fact. Car follows with color difference. Poor service.
And so, I have proof that the service was pork. Certainly the company's spokesperson has a little excuse to deny my assessment. But that excuse isn't in my presence, that's for sure.
And if you're an observer, you'll see that after my review, which was 11 months ago, there are many good reviews. Certainly the employees of this workshop have instructed customers to give good reviews.
