★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não possuem uma equipe pra atender aos sábados pela manhã/tarde;
Os telefones de suporte, quase nunca estão disponíveis, quando vc consegue falar com alguém e depois de muita insistência;
Nunca identificam meu pagamento e sempre cortam minha conexão e tenho que enviar comprovante;
Quando envio o comprovante, nunca tem alguém pra liberar a conexão no mesmo dia.
 They do not have a team to attend Saturdays in the morning / afternoon;
Support phones are almost never available, when you manage to talk to someone and after much insistence;
They never identify my payment and always cut my connection and I have to send proof;
When I send the receipt, there is never anyone to release the connection on the same day.

Contratei ontem e hj estou solicitando o cancelamento.
Em 12 horas pos instalação, a internet cai toda hora, lenta passei 25 minutos p baixar em um app de 2 mega!
O número do suporte não atende! E a menina
das vendas diz q não pode fazer nada. É só com eles. Q absurdo!
Uso a internet pra trabalho e mesmo se não fosse. Em todos os aspectos é péssimo! Não recomendo, vc vai perder dinheiro, tempo vai ter raiva e infartar de raiva. Dor de cabeça certa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles sempre prestaram um bom atendimento, mas nessas últimas semanas a internet vive caindo, ainda mais quando chove. Eu liguei pra elas e ninguém me atende, o contato via wpp está sempre online, mas não me atende, demora a responder e não está resolvendo o meu problema. Eu até gostava da ribeironet, mas dados as últimas ocorrências, estarei fazendo o cancelamento do meu plano de internet.
They have always provided a good service, but in the last few weeks the internet has been falling, especially when it rains. I called them and no one answers me, the contact via wpp is always online, but it doesn't answer me, it takes too long to answer and it's not solving my problem. I even liked the riverside, but given the latest occurrences, I will be canceling my internet plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , péssimo serviço. Não tem o suporte técnico devido. Você que precisa de um atendimento , ou uma resposta não tem por parte da empresa. Ficamos sem o serviço no final de semana , essa não é a primeira vez que acontece tentamos contatos por telefone para uma tratativa e não funcionam. Estamos migrando para outra empresa.
Bad service, bad service. It doesn't have the proper technical support. You who need a service, or an answer does not have from the company. We didn't have the service over the weekend, this is not the first time it has happened, we try to make contact by phone for a deal and it doesn't work. We are migrating to another company.
