★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha esposa fizemos contato por diversas vezes para visitar alguns imóveis para locação. Sempre pediam nosso telefone para ligar depois e até hoje, mais de 10 dias depois, não recebemos nenhum retorno.
Já alugamos uma casa por uma imobiliária que prontamente nos atendeu com toda atenção. Espero que possam identificar qual é a falha do atendimento e resolver.

Ligamos 4 vezes para tentar agendar, em todas deixamos telefone e código do imovel e hoje 10 dias depois NENHUM RETORNO! Agora não precisamos mais já conseguimos o que queriamos com outra corretora. Atenção ZERO com o cliente. Proprietários, cuidado em confiar, pq eles não atendem os clientes.
My husband and I made a list of 6 Ricardo Reis properties, which we would like to visit. We called 4 times to try to schedule, in all of them we left the phone and the code of the property and today 10 days later NO RETURN! Now we don't need it anymore, we've already achieved what we wanted with another broker. ZERO attention to the customer. Owners, be careful to trust, because they do not serve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária ruim. Por conta exclusivamente deles, quase perdi minha negociação de imóvel. Tive que eu mesmo procurar o proprietário e desenrolar com ele. Não fosse isso, hj eu não teria minha casa. Agora se associaram ou mudaram para Caza4. É apenas um grande letreiro à frente de uma uma pequena imobiliária cheia de problemas. Do atendimento ao conhecimento jurídico.

Now they have joined or moved to Caza4. It's just a big sign in front of a small real estate company full of problems. From service to legal knowledge.

Detalhe.. a infiltração era da casa vizinha. Que é administrada por essa empresa. É prejudicou meu imóvel....
Eu não sou seu cliente. Mas não tenho espaço para responder a sua colocação..
