★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, em partes. O corretor que nos levou conhecer apartamentos, não conversa, não tem paciência para mostrar. Quando estamos nos mudando para um lugar novo, queremos ver tudo, debater sobre como e onde colocaremos as coisas; mas o corretor não teve paciência para esperar. Totalmente incomodado e impaciente.
Segunda questão é a imensa burocracia de documentos necessários; mas até aí, tudo bem. Terceira questão é a falta de compromisso com o cliente. Avisar que o contrato fica pronto em um dia, irmos de cidades longes pra assinar, e falar “só depois do almoço”, é falta de respeito!
Good service, in parts. The broker who took us to know apartments, not talk, has no patience to show. When we are moving to a new place, we want to see everything, discuss how and where we will put things; but the broker had no patience to wait. Totally bothered and impatient.
Second issue is the huge bureaucracy of necessary documents; but so far so good. Third issue is lack of commitment to the customer. Warn that the contract is ready in one day, we go from far away cities to sign, and say "just after lunch", is disrespectful!
