Atrasaram a entrega e não deram nem notícias, me disseram que montavam tudo em no máximo 10 dias e levaram mais de 1 mês!! Montadores inexperientes, queriam me entregar móveis tortos alegando que as paredes ou pias que estavam tortas, serviço mal feito e péssima qualidade dos móveis!! Acabei relevando alguns defeitos pois não aguentava mais esse serviço que nunca acabava!!! E agora, menos de 3 meses após a montagem, uma porta do armário simplesmente despencou!!! Absuuuurdo!!! Falta de qualidade e desrespeito com o cliente!!!
Excellent service until the time we close business .. from there only headache !!!! Delayed delivery and did not even give news, I was told that they assembled everything in a maximum of 10 days and took more than 1 month !! Inexperienced assemblers wanted to hand me crooked furniture claiming that the walls or sinks were crooked, poor service and poor quality of furniture !! I ended up revealing some defects because I could not stand this service that never ended !!! And now, less than 3 months after mounting, a closet door simply collapsed !!! Absuuuurdo !!! Lack of quality and disrespect with the customer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima! Não dão a menor assistência ao cliente. Os móveis vem com defeito, os montadores parecem marceneiros em início de carreira. A arquiteta da loja esquece detalhes importantíssimos no projeto. A porta do guarda roupa do meu filho veio com defeito, trocaram e continuou com defeito. A porta do banheiro social faltou a tranca embutida, há mais de 3 semanas esperamos o retorno da empresa e nada. Detestei! Paguei caro e o serviço péssimo! Já reclamamos diversas vezes e nada!
Lousy company! They do not give the least customer service. The furniture is defective, the fitters look like carpenters early in their careers. The store architect forgets the most important details in the project. The door of my son's wardrobe came with defect, changed and continued defective. The social bathroom door missed the built-in lock, for more than 3 weeks we expect the company's return and nothing. I hated it! I paid dearly and the service sucked! We have complained many times and nothing!
