Primeiro pedi ajuda a uma atendente pois o produtos específico de uma marca na qual precisava ficava em um balcão que não pode ser acessado por clientes, como não tinha, a mesma confusa me mostrou outras marcas que acabei aceitando pois uma delas já conhecia, no caixa a surpresa que um dos produtos não tinha código e a caixa não conseguiu identificar e "gentilmente" GRITOU pela atendente que por fim também não sabia e que gritou por outra pessoa e no meio dessa gritaria acabei desistindo de comprar aquele produto desconhecido levando apenas as outras mercadorias. Por fim chego em casa e o tal produto que o cliente não tem acesso e só os atendentes tem, a vendedora colocou errado na minha cesta. Conclusão volta na loja pra trocar, total falta de atenção e treinamento de uma pessoa a qual você nem coloca o pé na loja já te pergunta se pode ajudar ?
Certamente não voltarei nessa unidade!
Honestly a bad impression of this unit. First I asked a clerk for help because the specific product of a brand I needed was in a counter that can not be accessed by customers, as I had not, the same confused showed me other brands that I accepted because one of them already knew, at the cashier the surprise that one of the products had no code and the box could not identify and "gently" shouted by the clerk who finally did not know and who shouted for someone else and in the middle of that shouting I gave up buying that unknown product taking only the others goods. Finally I get home and the product that the customer does not have access and only the attendants have, the seller put it wrong in my basket. Conclusion comes back to the store to change, total lack of attention and training of a person you don't even set foot in the store already asks if you can help ?
I will certainly not be returning to this unit!

The attendant at the door was talking to her co-worker and was very rude when answering my question about having a product. Regrettable later they complain that they have no work.
