★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vai aqui uma reclamação ao SR., Prefeito. É uma vergonha o cidadão ser multado em sinal vermelho quando este por circunstâncias alheia a sua vontade tem que transgredir a lei para salvar sua vida a “ALTAS HORAS DA MADRUGADA”. É público e notório que a junta de recursos de multa deste município indefere todos os pedidos de retirada de multas em casos semelhantes e que o Rio de Janeiro não tem policiamento em todas as esquinas e assim sendo o cidadão de bem tem que esperar ser assaltado ou morto em sinal vermelho. UM VERDADEIRO DESCASO COM O CIDADÃO DE BEM !
 Here goes a complaint to MR, Mayor. It is a shame that the citizen is fined at the red light when the latter for circumstances beyond his control have to break the law to save his life at “HOURS OF MADRUGADA”. It is public and notorious that the council of fine appeals of this municipality rejects all requests for the removal of fines in similar cases and that Rio de Janeiro does not have policing on every corner and therefore the good citizen has to wait to be robbed or dead at red light. A REAL LACK WITH THE GOOD CITIZEN!
