★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços bons. Mais atendimento pelo wats é péssimo. D3miram muito pra responder..e péssimo a entrega..demora de três a4 horas..precisam rever isso ..pois as vezes o cliente esta com dor e eles demoram na entrega do remedio
Good prices. More service by wats is terrible. They give a lot to answer...and the delivery is terrible...it takes three to 4 hours...they need to review it...because sometimes the client is in pain and they take a long time to deliver the medicine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo WhatsApp é péssimo. O atendimento não dá uma posição se tem o produto, qual o tempo de entrega, simplesmente te deixa falando. Horrível. Não recomendo
WhatsApp customer service is terrible. The service doesn't give a position if you have the product, what is the delivery time, it simply leaves you talking. Horrible. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprava os itens na farmácia, mas hoje foi o maior descaso de todos, me passaram que a entrega seria em Até 3h mas isso não aconteceu! Pedi 2 itens de prateleira as 10h e já adiantei o pagamento via pix para não ter problemas e logo me confirmaram o pedido, porém MEU PEDIDO CHEGOU AGORA 16h10 COM 6H10 DE CONFIRMAÇÃO!! Não sou a primeira a reclamar de entregas e pelo visto não serei a última, não indico para mais ninguém!! E só me entregaram pq eu fiquei ligando e reclamando e ainda queriam que eu cancelasse! NAO RECOMENDO!!!!!
I always bought the items at the pharmacy, but today was the biggest negligence of all, I was told that delivery would be in up to 3 pm but that didn't happen! I ordered 2 shelf items at 10 am and I already made the payment via pix so as not to have any problems and soon they confirmed the order, but MY ORDER ARRIVED NOW 4:10 pm WITH 6:10 am CONFIRMATION!! I'm not the first to complain about deliveries and apparently I won't be the last, I don't recommend it to anyone else!! And they only gave it to me because I kept calling and complaining and they still wanted me to cancel! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
