Há dois meses estou aguardando uma posição com relação ao conserto do relógio do meu pai e até o momento nada resolvido. Sempre justificam com argumentos diferentes e nunca me dão a solução. Após muito desgaste,espera e constrangimento tive a devolução do dinheiro pago, embora a minha vontade não era receber o dinheiro de volta mas sim o produto em otima qualidade. Afinal o produto era um presente que dei ao meu pai. Estou chateada, muito insatisfeita e me sentindo super enrolada com a maneira que foi tratado o meu caso. Por isso e por outros motivos acontecido em loja não farei mais indicações desta relojoaria.
Dear, I would like to express my discontent with regard to the assistance provided by the Rio Jewellery team. I have been waiting for a position for two months regarding the repair of my father's watch and so far nothing has been resolved. They always justify with different arguments and never give me the solution. After a lot of wear, waiting and embarrassment I had to return the money paid, although my desire was not to receive the money back but the product in excellent quality. After all, the product was a gift I gave my father. I'm upset, very dissatisfied and feeling super wrapped up in the way my case was handled. For this reason and for other reasons that happened in the store, I will not make further indications of this watchmaking.
