â â â â â C'est la 3eme fois que nous louons en toute confiance un appartement Ă Copacabana(nous adorons!) et nous sommes vraiment trĂšs contents de Rio managment . Check in et check out agrĂ©able et souriant par Claudia qui parle aussi anglais et espagnol.C'est la 2eme annĂ©e que nous louons un bel appartement trĂšs confortable(trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ©/prix) de 3 chambres,2 salles de bain et grande cuisine dinatoire ,trĂšs bien situĂ© au cĆur de Copacabana, Ă l'angle de la rue Bolivar et de l'avenue NS de Copacabana (numĂ©ro 903)... Et c'est vraiment au cĆur : Ă quelques minutes de la plage (nous recommandons la barraca de Marcelo qui loue les chaises longues et fait des jus de fruits frais, les fameux sucos, vraiment excellents), entourĂ© de boutiques et de nombreux restaurants (notamment l'excellente gargotte le braseiro et le restaurant Ă tapas el born ), et aussi a quelques minutes de la station de mĂ©tro Cantagalo ,ce qui permet de traverser Rio en toute sĂ©curitĂ© en moins d'une demi-heure. Ă ce propos, nous nous sentons parfaitement en sĂ©curitĂ© Ă Rio, notamment Ă Copacabana oĂč nous n'avons jamais Ă©tĂ© inquiets ou inquiĂ©tĂ©s que ce soit le jour ou la nuit...merci Ă Martin et son Ă©quipe !
This is the 3rd time that we are confidently renting an apartment in Copacabana (we love it!) And we are really happy with Rio Managment. Check in and check out nice and smiling by Claudia who also speaks English and Spanish.This is the 2nd year that we rent a beautiful apartment very comfortable (very good value for money) 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large kitchen dinner, very well located in the heart of Copacabana, at the corner of Bolivar street and the NS avenue of Copacabana (number 903) ... And it's really in the heart: a few minutes from the beach (we recommend the Marcelo barraca which rents the sunbeds and makes fresh juices, the famous sucos, really excellent), surrounded by shops and numerous restaurants (including the excellent gargotte le braseiro and the tapas restaurant el born), and Also a few minutes from the Cantagalo metro station, which allows to cross Rio safely in less than half an hour. In this regard, we feel perfectly safe in Rio, especially in Copacabana where we have never been worried or worried whether it is day or night ... thanks to Martin and his team!

â â â â â Rented a apartment close to Posto 6 in June 2017 , check in was on time, WIFI was fast and the apartment was clean with white sheets and towels.

â â â â â Be very careful in any financial dealings with Rio Management. Whatever you do, make sure it is in writing and in the contract. Martin in particular invents âstandard practicesâ when it suits his purposes. I provided an apartment to Rio Management for 2 years for their rental purposes and many of the contract terms were not honored â particularly receiving payments on time as specified in the contract. It has now been 5 months since the last rental and Rio Management has not yet paid the agreed upon amount claiming they donât have enough money (although the client paid them).
Rio Management is not to be trusted with your money or credit card numbers. Do not trust the very positive feedback as many are from friends or staff and the poor feedback that has been posted seems to disappear from the internet.

â â â â â Over February 2017 My friends and I rented a really nice apartment located in Ipanema, located on Rua Barao da Torre 19. The team at Rio Management did a great job taking care of us. The entire process was professional and I was able to pay for my reservation with my credit card which made the booking process easy. The apartment was very well located close to General Osario and my check in process was flawless. Entire apartment was clean and ready for us to move in. The wifi was fast which allowed us to Skype back to home. We look forward to next year, definitely recommend these guys again.

â â â â â I rent an apt with Rio Management 2 weeks ago for a long WE, the process went smooth. Fast and effective check-in, clean apartment and great location. Pictures of the apt match the reality... in other words no surprise!
They also do speak a couple of different languages at their office which helped us to tune up our booking. Great Team.

â â â â â I come to Rio every year and am always looking for a place to stay that lets me get away from the busy, loud streets, but is still close to the beach in the South Zone. I have rented with Rio Management for the last 3 years and am very happy with their service and professionalism. Martin lived in the US and he runs his company like a US based company. This is a huge advantage for me.
Martin or one of his employees always has shown up on-time for check-in and check-out. The photos are a good representation of what the apartments actually look like. As soon as I book my flights to Rio, I call Martin and see what he has available.
Professional, clean, and very helpful. I highly recommend his company.
