★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei um orçamento com essa empresa através da indicação do arquiteto, informando que devido a alta demanda da empresa o pagamento deveria ser feito integral antecipadamente. E assim eu fiz.
No dia 5 de fevereiro o funcionário da empresa esteve na clínica pra medição das mesmas. E pela altura dos pontos de tomadas deveriam ser feitas alterações no projeto, já que teria que diminuir a altura do frontispício.
Foi passado a eles as novas medidas, para confecção mais rápida possível.
Pra minha surpresa, sempre que tentava contato com a Aline era surpreendida com novas alterações não solicitadas, que não havia outro motivo a não ser suprir o saldo que teria com a empresa pra reembolso.
E isso aconteceu algumas vezes. No dia 24 de fevereiro fui informada que as pedras só foram pra produção naquele dia.
Meu relato é apenas pra demonstrar minha insatisfação diante do ocorrido, pela falta empenho e responsabilidade com o cliente e com o serviço contratado. Vale ressaltar, que pra obter qq informação com a Aline, horas depois da pergunta, sempre tinha que enviar uma outra, praticamente implorando pela resposta.
Quanto ao produto em si, não tenho como relatar já que ainda não foram entregues. Mas não recomendo essa empresa pelo desgaste de ser surpreendida negativamente algumas vezes.
Mas, se tiver indicação e for realizar algum serviço com eles aconselho deixar pra pagar parte do orçamento somente na entrega. O tratamento pós venda, provavelmente será diferente do que recebi.
I closed a budget with this company through the indication of the architect, informing that due to the high demand of the company, payment should be made in full in advance. And so I did.
On February 5, the company employee was at the clinic to measure them. And due to the height of the outlet points, changes should be made to the project, since it would have to decrease the height of the frontispiece.
The new measures were passed on to them, so that they could be made as quickly as possible.
To my surprise, whenever I tried to contact Aline I was surprised with new unsolicited changes, that there was no other reason than to supply the balance that I would have with the company for reimbursement.
And it happened a few times. On February 24th I was informed that the stones were only for production that day.
My report is just to demonstrate my dissatisfaction in face of what happened, due to the lack of commitment and responsibility with the client and with the contracted service. It is worth mentioning that to get any information from Aline, hours after the question, I always had to send another one, practically begging for the answer.
As for the product itself, I have no way to report since it has not yet been delivered. But I do not recommend this company because of the weariness of being negatively surprised sometimes.
But, if you have an indication and you are going to carry out a service with them, I advise you to leave to pay part of the budget only on delivery. The post-sale treatment will probably be different from what I received.
