★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fiz um pedido via iFood e após 1h de atraso, mesmo recebendo informações via telefone que o meu almoço estava a caminho, o pedido simplesmente foi cancelado.
Até entenderia o atraso, isso pode acontecer, mas esse tipo de desrespeito é inaceitável.
 Unfortunately I placed an order via iFood and after 1h late, even though I received information via phone that my lunch was on its way, the order was simply cancelled.
I would understand the delay, it can happen, but this kind of disrespect is unacceptable.

Mandaram uma mensagem depois de confirmado que estavam preparando, dizendo que não tinham as porções para dois pratos, depois de um bom tempo e que poderiam substituir por outra carne. Ao pedir que cancelassem o pedido aa loja diz que não pode cancelar, depois de outra demora. Resultado. Nao cancelam, o Ifood ao tentar reclamar, remete à loja, o chat no qual foi pedido o cancelamento. O restaurante pisou na bola e não resolve e ficamos esperando a solução para poder fazer outro pedido. Lamentável o atendimento e a falta de agilidade.
Terrible! We ordered 2 dishes. They sent a message after confirming that they were preparing, saying they didn't have the portions for two dishes after a while and that they could substitute another meat. When asking them to cancel the order, the store says that it cannot cancel, after another delay. Result. They do not cancel, Ifood, when trying to complain, sends the chat in which the cancellation was requested to the store. The restaurant got the ball rolling and didn't solve it and we were waiting for the solution to be able to place another order. The service and lack of agility are regrettable.

Tem o teto de 26$ o prato, ótimo para nós que comemos bem em restaurante por kg, opções excelente de churrasco.
Excellent place for lunch, fresh food being replenished all the time, it's really worth it, excellent value for money.
It has a ceiling of 26$ a plate, great for us who eat well in restaurants per kg, excellent barbecue options.
