★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia da entrega da piscina, acabaram riscando a borda. Fizeram um reparo mal feito e disseram que o problema é que ventava demais no dia. Há meses estão me prometendo retornar para resolver o problema em definitivo, mas até aqui nada. Péssimo pós-venda. Pelo visto, terei que acionar a Justiça.
On the day the pool was delivered, they ended up scratching the edge. They did a poor repair and said the problem was that it was too windy in the day. For months I have been promised to return to solve the problem permanently, but so far nothing. Bad after-sales. Apparently, I will have to sue the Justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a empresa mais desorganizada que já vi na minha vida. Um setor não sabe o que o outro está fazendo e no final todos acabam jogando o problema para cima do cliente. Tive problemas inicialmente com a compra de materiais que foram solicitados e acabaram sobrando aos montes, tive problema com a instalação que atrasou em quase três meses e agora a bomba da piscina está com problemas e ninguém quer se responsabilizar (o instalador ao invés de se prontificar a solucionar o problema corretamente ainda sugeriu que eu deveria ter conhecimento técnico para arrumar a bomba). Sequer foram fazer a primeira limpeza que estava prevista em contrato ou instalar a cascata que comprei deles. Além de omisso, o pessoal da empresa é extremamente grosseiro e mal preparado para atender aos clientes. A responsável se nega a tratar com você para resolver o problema, o vendedor fala que não é com ele e o instalador fala que você deveria se virar para resolver os problemas. Se querem um conselho amigo, fujam da empresa, pois é certeza de dor de cabeça.
It's the most disorganized company I've ever seen in my life. One sector does not know what the other is doing and in the end everyone ends up throwing the problem onto the customer. I had problems initially with the purchase of materials that were requested and ended up being left in heaps, I had a problem with the installation that was delayed by almost three months and now the pool pump has problems and no one wants to be responsible (the installer instead of to fix the problem correctly still suggested that I should have technical knowledge to fix the pump). They didn't even do the first cleaning that was foreseen in the contract or install the waterfall I bought from them. In addition to being negligent, the company's staff is extremely rude and ill-prepared to serve customers. The person in charge refuses to deal with you to solve the problem, the salesperson says it's not up to him and the installer says that you should do your best to solve the problems. If you want friendly advice, run away from the company, because it's sure to give you a headache.
