Piscina ficou com falta de caída, comunicação péssima entre funcionários e instaladores, demora para dar respostas quando entra em contato. Uma decepção gigantesca, arrependido em negociar com a Rio.

Na hora da compra é show água gelada, cafezinho.
Depois da compra terrível já não consegue falar com eles.
Tem 8 dias que estou aguardando estalar uma LED.
PÓS VENDA orivel.
E sem noção nem uma para pedir material que eles vão precisar.
No meu caso água, cimento, canos, cotovelo, curva e registro. Tudo isso sobrou. Muito.
E ainda não consegui a nota fiscal e nem a garantia.
SÓ DOR DE CABEÇA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, dei uma estrela, obrigada a dar, por mim não teria nenhuma estrela., empresa nao cumpre com as responsabilidades pós vendas, tive problemas na instalação da casa de máquina, com muito estresse eles arrumaram(agradeço) , agora estou com a piscina novinha apresentando rachaduras, entrei em contato, enviei fotos, ...mas estão inventando mil desculpas para nao arrumar, mais um estresse, NÃO COMPREM NESSA RIO CAMPOLIM, SÓ SE FOR PARA IR PARAR NO MÉDICO DE TANTO ESTRESSE, E MÁ VONTADE DE RESOLVER OS PROBLEMAS QUE ELES MESMO CRIAM....INTALACÃO INCORRETA ....NAO SABEM INSTALAR PISCINA, E AINDA JOGA A CULPA NO CLIENTE....PASSEM LONGE DESSA EMPRESA, PELO AMOR DE DEUS.
Terrible, I gave one star, thank you, for me I wouldn't have any stars., company does not fulfill its after sales responsibilities, I had problems installing the engine room, with a lot of stress they fixed it (thank you), now I have the pool brand new showing cracks, I got in touch, sent photos, ...but they are making up a thousand excuses not to fix it, another stress, DO NOT BUY IN THIS RIO CAMPOLIM, ONLY IF YOU ARE GOING TO STOP AT THE DOCTOR WITH SO MUCH STRESS AND UNWILLING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS THEY CREATE THEMSELVES....INCORRECT INSTALLATION....THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL A POOL, AND THEY STILL BLAME THE CUSTOMER.... MOVE AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atençao para vcs que querem comprar uma Piscina na Rio piscinas campolim e deposito na ipanema serviço de Péssima qualidade só tive dor de cabeça piscina na Montagem da casa de maquinas deicharam um cano desrrosquiado a casa de maquinas encheu de agua queimou a bomba , depois por esse motivo deu umidade na fonte do led da piscina queimou os LEDs e queimou a fonte por culpa deles e nao minha , pelo correto seria eles ir até o local e ver o problema foi uma trabalho mal feito deles e nao meu .
Nao tive uma boa esperiência fazem tudo de mal gosto e ainda querian cobrar 600 reais para ir trocar a fonte e os LEDs queimados um absurdo (Cuidado )

Na hora da compra foi um sonho, más com a instalação este sonho virou um pesadelo; a equipe de instalação da loja fez um péssimo serviço, deixando a piscina desnivelada em 6,5cm.... Entrei em contato com a loja, más a todo momento tentam se esquivar da responsabilidade...o montador voltou ao local e fez uma gambiarra calçando a piscina...perdi quase toda a água, e a piscina continuou fora de nível, ou seja serviço sem nenhuma qualificação.
Portanto se você veio até essa página para verificar, pesquisar e não ter dor de cabeça, cuidado, para não passar por tudo isso que eu passei.
