Ela não presta atenção no cliente, atende o cliente conversando no celular com amigos e outros clientes, não sabe explicar sobre seus produtos, não cumpriu os prazos de entrega, mostrou uma fechadura e entregou outra mais barata, enviou 2 kits diferentes, portas lascadas, não parava de discutir com os outros funcionários da loja. Péssima profissional (se é que podemos chama-la assim) e péssima loja, não recomendo para ninguém! O próprio instalador parceiro, indicado pela loja, informou que a atendente é horrivel e que ninguem gosta de ser atendido por ela. Enfim, se não quiser dor de cabeça, busque outra loja!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma porta dizendo eles ser maciça, e em 3 meses a porta comentou a empenar, soltar as almofadas … depois de mais de 40 dias de briga vieram trocar a porta, pedi que fosse o mesmo assentador que eu tinha contratado, mas a Marciani, mandou um deles, então, a porta ficou 2 cm longe chão e ele ainda não colocou as fechaduras corretamente! Infelizmente não indico e estou muito decepcionada c o atendimento e o pós mais ainda
