★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. É inacreditável o total descaso dos funcionários com os idosos. Fui a esse posto do RioPrevidência três vezes e em todas as vezes fui mal atendida. Além da longa espera (mesmo com o posto vazio, sem mais ninguém além de mim aguardando), os funcionários sequer sabem o que tem que fazer, o que torna o atendimento ainda pior. Além disso, houve carência de informações e falta de clareza nas poucas que me foram prestadas.
Terrible attendance. The total neglect of employees with the elderly is unbelievable. I went to this RioPrevidência post three times and each time I was poorly attended. In addition to the long wait (even with the post empty, with no one else waiting for me), the employees don't even know what they have to do, which makes the service even worse.
