★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, agendamento horrível fiquei o dia todo aguardando o técnico, o mesmo não apareceu é nem para ligar dando uma satisfação, liguei várias vezes para autorizada, atendente péssima, não sabendo me atualizar, além de um sistema de telefonia horrível pois à ligação caiu todas às vezes, não merecem ser uma autorizada.
Bad service, horrible scheduling, I was waiting all day for the technician, he didn't even show up to call giving satisfaction, I called the authorized service several times, terrible attendant, not knowing how to update me, in addition to a horrible phone system because the call dropped every time, they don't deserve to be authorized.

Corram desta empresa, pois cobram R$ 50,00 para fazer o orçamento e não retornam para executar o serviço.
Péssimo atendimento, não recomendo para o meu pior inimigo.

Um "avaliador" esteve aqui só para receber 50 reais abrindo o painel da minha geladeira com uma faquinha que pediu emprestado e não deu mais qualquer satisfação. Liguei ainda há pouco e a informação que obtive é: "o sistema não está funcionando". Desde o início eu sabia que ia me arrepender!

I requested the technical visit, I paid 50.00 reais in August 2021 they said they were out of parts that arrived in January. After that I tried several ways to contact but got no response.

No dia 07/11 minha geladeira parou de funcionar, resolvi chamar uma assistência técnica que é autorizada da Electrolux (esse mesmo folheto das autorizadas vem junto a geladeira), o técnico veio a minha residência no dia 08/11 em menos de 5min constatou o problema como se estivesse com pressa, identificando e constatando que teria que ser feita a troca de uma peça e dando a CERTEZA que no dia seguinte estaria efetuando a troca da mesma. Ligou apenas uma vez pela manhã e depois não retornou as chamadas e mesmo online já não me respondem.
Resultado tive que desmarcar um compromisso semanal e pagar uma visita de R$80 que acabou saindo por 100 já que o técnico recebeu no dia 07/11 e não compareceu no dia marcado
Total descaso da Electrolux com o consumidor colocando uma autorizada tão desqualificada para representa los.
Well, here I am going to report my experience with Rio santos refrigeration.
On 11/07 my refrigerator stopped working, I decided to call a technical assistance that is authorized by Electrolux (this same authorized brochure comes with the refrigerator), the technician came to my residence on 11/08 in less than 5 minutes and found the problem as if he were in a hurry, identifying and noting that a part would have to be exchanged and giving the SURE that the next day he would be carrying out the exchange. He only called once in the morning and then he didn't return the calls and even online they no longer answer me.
As a result, I had to cancel a weekly appointment and pay a visit of R$80 which ended up going out for 100 since the technician received it on 11/07 and did not show up on the appointed day
Electrolux's total disregard for the consumer, placing such an unqualified authorized person to represent them.
