★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio tem uma excelente localização, apesar do barulho que vem da avenida almirante barroso. Pena que os "apertamentos" são muito pequenos e a sacada não favorece, pois o parapeito a deixa muito fechada e quente. A vizinhança do prédio é um tanto antisocial. Parece mais um prédio "sem vida". :/
The building has an excellent location, despite the noise that comes from the Avenida Almirante Barroso. Too bad the "squeezes" are very small and the balcony does not favor, because the parapet leaves it very closed and hot. The building's neighborhood is somewhat antisocial. It looks more like a "lifeless" building. : /
