★ ★ ★ ★ ★ je recommande sans hésiter RiOException, Louis et Benjamin. C’est sur le groupe Facebook français aux Bresil que je les ai découvert il y a quelques mois. Je les ai choisis comme mes agents pour acheter une maison À DISTANCE!!! Oui en visite virtuelle depuis le Canada, en plein covid. Ils se sont battus pour nous et on a réussi à trouver une maison que nous aimons à Buzios. Ils ont même été nos signataires avec procuration et nous ont aidé jusque dans les détails financiers avec les transferts de fonds et les questions juridiques (rapprochement familial). J’espère les considérer comme des amis maintenant que nous sommes enfin arrivés et installés dans notre maison. Merci louis et Benjamin
 I would definitely recommend RiOException, Louis and Benjamin. It was on the French Facebook group in Brazil that I discovered them a few months ago. I chose them as my agents to buy a house REMOTELY !!! Yes in virtual tour from Canada, in full covid. They fought for us and we managed to find a house that we love in Buzios. They were even our signatories with power of attorney and helped us right down to the financial details with fund transfers and legal matters (family reunification). I hope to consider them as friends now that we have finally arrived and settled into our house. Thank you louis and Benjamin

The apartment I bought is full of hidden defects.
I relied partly on the good google reviews, which reflects very well their dishonest methods. The director rated himself 5 stars and asked his family to do the same.
