Segunda vez que vou e sou mal atendida, a primeira dei um desconto né, as vezes estava com problemas pessoais, mas aí fui a segunda e vi que realmente é uma péssima atendente...

Este profissional, anote-se, além do excelente domínio técnico, vocacionado e honestíssimo. Anoto tão somente, ao final, que, Porquanto o problema tenha sido apenas a ruptura de encaixe de uma mangueira de água (“enforca gato”), internamente, o que se resolveu em poucos minutos, talvez o valor do serviço poderia ter sido um pouco menor do cobrado (R$ 100,00).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Não indico. A visita custou 40,00 jogados fora. O técnico veio até a minha casa, viu minha máquina de lavar e disse que ela não tem problema. Que seria preciso ligá-la e esperar esquentar para funcionar.Um técnico competente de outra empresa veio buscar, levou e concertou vários problemas. Dps dessa avaliação que fiz, responderam que se eu tivesse reclamado dentro de 30 dias, que devolveriam o dinheiro.
Por que será que a atendente não disse isso "qdo contratei o serviço"?

Cheguei em casa a geladeira estava funcionando ia ligar para desmarcar o horário de amanhã o moço apareceu. Falei que a geladeira estava normal mas ele quis subir mesmo assim. Olhou ela viu que estava normal e falou "é ela está normal" não tirou ela do lugar não mexeu em NADA! Cobrou 40 reais e foi embora. Não indico !!
