Não se responsabilizam pelas informações prestadas, uma hora passam um valor e enquanto executam o serviço o valor muda.
Não há respeito com o cliente!
Asseguram um prazo para a garantia e não o cumprem.
Além da falta de educação de todos os envolvidos!
Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência porém foi boa porém a geladeira depois de um certo tempo ficou ruim com entupimento solicitei a rio-tech novamente para vir na minha casa e eles não vieram dando desculpa que não tinha como vir como eu tava com urgência solicitei outra empresa para consertar a outra empresa veio fez o trabalho e me informou que o rapaz que colocou anterior o compressor não era o original da geladeira por isso deu esse problema Vitor pimento de sistema colocou um compressor que era superior ao que estava nele então deu problema de entupimento o técnico que veio para fazer o reparo fez a limpeza no sistema trocou o filtro e deu a carga de gás e me informou que o anterior técnico que instalou o compressor fez de má fé Pois aquele ali era de baixo valor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários honestos, levei duas televisões achando que tinha defeito e nenhuma das duas precisou de reparo me explicarão bem que o defeito era no aparelho da net.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o conserto do meu micro-ondas, fui muito bem atendido pelo técnico que em menos de 5 minutos resolveu meu problema e disse que era apenas o fusível e me cobrou somente a visita.
I repaired my microwave, was very well attended by the technician who in less than 5 minutes solved my problem and said it was just the fuse and only charged me for the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ligar, dia 03/11/2021 as 20:12 pedindo um orçamento e a pessoa ao atender disse que já estava fechado, "liga amanhã", perguntei se não era 24horas e ele me respondeu "NAO, É SÓ PROPAGANDA".
I just called, on 11/03/2021 at 20:12 asking for a quote and the person answering said it was already closed, "call tomorrow", I asked if it wasn't 24 hours and he replied "NO, IT'S JUST ADVERTISING".
