Tinha apenas uma funcionária que nos deixava largada na loja e duas que ficavam no computador atrás do balcão. Quando eu perguntava o preço de algo ela sumia e voltava dali 15 minutos. Era só chegar outro cliente que ela deixava de nos atender pra atender o outro. Fiquei mais de 50 minutos praticamente esperando pelo atendimento. Os 4 ar condicionado estavam desligados, um calor do ....
Não volto mais!
Lousy service !!
There was only one employee who left us at the store and two who stayed at the computer behind the counter. When I asked for the price of something it would disappear and return in 15 minutes. Just another customer arrived and she stopped serving us to serve the other. I was more than 50 minutes practically waiting for the service. The 4 air conditioners were off, a heat from ....
I won't be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, porém precisa revisar entrega de encomendas comprei uma persiana e veio com uma pequena avaria no tecido na parte traseira quase imperceptível se não fosse corta luz tudo bem mas aí o sol mostra sempre que bate nela, fácil de instalar mas na minha opinião faltou um manual para se certificar de que a instalação está em conformidade com o que o fabricante de exige e também um kit com todos os parafusos o meu veio faltando e tive de improvisar com alguns que tinha em casa. A cor e o design e prazo de entrega são pontos fortes.
Good service, but you need to review order delivery, I bought a blind and it came with a small damage to the fabric on the back that was almost imperceptible if it weren't cut off by the light, but then the sun always shows that it hits it, easy to install but in my opinion it was missing a manual to make sure that the installation is in accordance with what the manufacturer requires and also a kit with all the screws mine was missing and I had to improvise with some that I had at home. The color and design and delivery time are strong points.
