★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com o cliente. Primeiro não cumpriram com o prazo estabelecido, quando cheguei além de não estar pronto ainda havia serviço sem fazer. Me pediram para retornar e nem se quer me avisaram que fecha no almoço, fiquei sem comer para resolver e chegando lá estava fechado. Falta de profissionalismo e comprometimento, sem contar que o serviço nem de longe é barato, é pagar caro para passar raiva.
Customer neglect. First, they did not meet the deadline, when I arrived, in addition to not being ready, there was still work to be done. They asked me to return and they didn't even warn me that it closes at lunch, I didn't eat to solve it and when I got there it was closed. Lack of professionalism and commitment, not to mention that the service is nowhere near cheap, it's paying dearly to get angry.
