★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente há um despreparo. Gerente muito despreparado. Pedi uma flauta barroca e me deram uma com perfuração germanica, infelizmente não sabia diferenciar. Fui trocar no outro dia, e já fui tratado totalmente diferente, já queria me dar uma mais cara, porém eu apenas queria a barroca. Me deram um desconto na compra "a vista" e ele já queria cobrar o valor inteiro pra troca do instrumento. Ele me disse que era pra eu passar lá na segunda-feira que tinha apenas na outra loja, isso numa sexta-feira. Precisava com urgencia do instrumento. Chegando na segunda-feira, até questionar o cupom que me deu pra pegar a flauta na segunda ele questionou. Péssimo tratamento, e ainda me disse que "esqueci de pegar a flauta na outra loja", totalmente descompromissado e só queria resolver pra não pegar feio pra ele, e já queria que eu voltasse na "quarta-feira". Tive que pegar meu dinheiro de volta. Não volto nessa loja nunca mais!
Unfortunately there is an unpreparedness. Very unprepared manager. I asked for a baroque flute and they gave me one with a Germanic perforation, unfortunately I didn't know how to differentiate it. I went to change the other day, and I was treated totally differently, I wanted to give myself a more expensive one, but I just wanted the baroque. They gave me a discount on the purchase "in cash" and he already wanted to charge the entire amount to exchange the instrument. He told me that I was supposed to stop by on Monday that I only had at the other store, that is on a Friday. He urgently needed the instrument. Arriving on Monday, until he questioned the coupon he gave me to get the flute on Monday he questioned. Bad treatment, and he even told me that "I forgot to get the flute from the other store", totally uncompromised and I just wanted to decide not to get ugly for him, and he already wanted me to come back on "Wednesday". I had to get my money back. I will never come back to that store again!
