Um atendimento super simpático e de graca. "E par conta da casa, eu vou cobrar qué pra um parafuso!?" Isso e atendimento no cliente, no meu caso, futuro cliente. Muito obrigado ao Sr. que me atendeou.
Had a problem with my Ukulele, a broken bolt in the mechanics. I went into the store just to ask if it was possible to arrange. "I'll do it on time" was and answer. A very friendly and gracious customer service. "And for the account of the house, I'll charge you for a screw !?" This is customer service, in my case, future customer. Many thanks to Mr. who answered me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimos profissionais. Paguei 120 pra uma regulagem de viola caipira resultado: a viola voltou mais desregulada que antes e completamente desafinada e ainda não quiseram refazer o serviço porque voltei depois de 3 meses
lousy professionals. I paid 120 for a country guitar tuning result: the viola came back more unregulated than before and completely out of tune and they still didn't want to do the job again because I came back after 3 months
