★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche estava mais ou menos; Hoje estava muito quente e pedi pra dona ligar o ar condicionado ela foi super grossa e desrespeitosa. O atendimento é ótimo, exceto pela dona do estabelecimento que não sabe tratar o cliente, e pra quem trabalha com o público ela escolheu a profissão errada.
 Lunch was more or less; Today was very hot and I asked the owner to turn on the air conditioning, she was super rude and disrespectful. The service is great, except for the owner of the establishment who doesn't know how to treat the customer, and for those who work with the public, she chose the wrong profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho nada para reclamar sobre as moças que trabalham nesse lugar. São atenciosas e divertidas desde a primeira vez q fui aí!
A única coisa que fez esse ambiente perder vários clientes foi a dona !!!!! Mal educada e despreparada para o trabalho que tem. Não sabe lidar com os clientes.
Expulsou muitas pessoas por barulho e que poderia muito bem ter sido resolvido se ela tivesse agido como adulta e não como uma criança que foi oq ela fez !! Tudo teria sido resolvido se ela tivesse vindo pedir para falarem mais baixo. Gasto todos os dias nessa padaria inclusive hoje é fui expulsa e tratada mal.
Quis reclamar de aglomeração mas não ficou com a máscara no rosto em nenhum momento !!!!!! Fui pedir para chamarem a dona para eu conversar com ela sobre o ocorrido e me mandou embora...
I have nothing to complain about the girls who work in this place. They are thoughtful and fun since the first time I went there!
The only thing that made this environment lose several customers was the owner !!!!! Poorly educated and unprepared for the job she has. Does not know how to deal with customers.
She kicked out a lot of people for noise and that could very well have been resolved if she had acted like an adult and not a child which is what she did!! Everything would have been resolved if she had come to ask them to speak lower. I spend every day in this bakery, including today, I was expelled and treated badly.
He wanted to complain about crowding but he didn't have the mask on his face at any time !!!!!! I asked them to call the owner so I could talk to her about what had happened and she sent me away...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma pessima experiencia com uma encomenda feita com antecedencia para um evento, nao entregaram o combinado, a responsavel nao fez nada para contornar a situacao. E sinplesmente marcaram comigo e nao me entregaram nada! Decepcionado com o acontecido e nao recomendo para eventos e festas nao contem com eles!
I had a bad experience with an order placed in advance for an event, they didn't deliver what was agreed, the person in charge didn't do anything to get around the situation. And they simply made an appointment with me and didn't give me anything! Disappointed with what happened and I don't recommend it for events and parties, don't count on them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente de mal humor, salgados frios na " estufa" requentados em micro-ondas provavelmente. Salgado croissant estava cru por dentro..resumindo não foi uma boa experiência. Logo que adentrei ao estabelecimento e vi o mal humor da atendente, coloquei a mão pra sentir o calor da estufa e vi que estava desligada já deu vontade de ir embora..as pessoas que estavam comigo quiseram arriscar, deveriam ter me ouvido. Dei 2 estrelas pq apesar de tudo comemos. Deu vontade de chorar mais pelo café que tomei do que pelo enterro que fui.
Bad mood attendant, cold snacks in the "hothouse" reheated in microwave probably. Salty croissant was raw inside..in short it was not a good experience. As soon as I entered the establishment and saw the attendant's bad mood, I put my hand to feel the heat of the stove and saw that it was off, I wanted to leave.. the people who were with me wanted to risk it, they should have listened to me. I gave 2 stars because despite everything we ate. It made me want to cry more for the coffee I had than for the funeral I went to.
