★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem tapete emborrachado para crianças, passadeira de cozinha, toalha de mesa plástica e etc... e todos esses itens com possibilidade de comprar no tamanho que vc deseja. O preço poderia ser mas acessível.
 It has rubberized children's mat, kitchen towel, plastic tablecloth and etc ... and all these items with possibility to buy in the size that you want. The price could be more affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avalio com1 estrela por não ter “ menos 1estrela”. Fui muito mal atendida na loja da Freguesia em Jacarepaguá, venderam-me um zíper de péssima qualidade. Tive que desmanchar a peça que estava quase pronta, por causa do zíper. É só exercer um pouquinho de pressão que ele desfia. Lamentável essa falta de respeito com o consumidor. Não volto a nenhuma loja Riviera!!!
I rate it with 1 star for not having "minus 1 star". I was very poorly attended at the parish store in Jacarepaguá, they sold me a bad quality zipper. I had to dismantle the piece that was almost ready, because of the zipper. It is only a little pressure that he unravels. This lack of respect for the consumer is regrettable. I'm not going back to any Riviera store !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Perguntei sobre um material que eu precisava e o atendente disse que não tinha. Isso enquanto discutia com o outro atendente quem iria separar a lista de um cliente que passaria la para buscar o material. Como me senti "atrapalhando" o serviço deles, pois os mesmos reclamavam que estava chegando clientes na loja e discutiam quem iria atender, perguntei sobre o meu material ao outro atendente e tinha sim. Mas o incrível é que vendem o material a peso mas me cobraram sem pesar. Questionei e ele disse que era o preço. Ou seja, osodois atendentes sao sem educaçao e atendem com ma vontade, a nao ser que vc seja cliente que ja tenha importância para eles. Peguei minha lista e fui ao centro da cidade comprar o restante do material que eu precisava, pois na rua buenos Aires tem várias lojas desse segmento, inclusive a própria Riviera com um atendimento mil vezes melhor.
Terrible attendance. I asked about a material I needed and the attendant said he didn't have it. This while discussing with the other attendant who would separate the list from a customer who would pass it to fetch the material. As I felt "disturbing" their service, because they complained that customers were arriving at the store and discussed who would attend, I asked the other attendant about my material and yes. But the incredible thing is that they sell the material by weight but they charged me without regret. I asked and he said it was the price. In other words, the two attendants are uneducated and serve with ill will, unless you are a customer who is already important to them. I took my list and went to the city center to buy the rest of the material I needed, because in Buenos Aires street there are several stores in this segment, including Riviera itself with a thousand times better service.
