A entrega ficou só para o dia seguinte cedo, que era o dia da minha viagem.
Porém eles não chegaram no horário marcado nem avisaram nada. Como o horário combinado era anterior ao que inicia o funcionamento da empresa, tive que esperar para que eles respondessem.
Quando responderam, avisaram que havia tido um problema com o carro e iriam enviar a entrega naquele momento, e me solicitaram imprimir o recibo.
Mais uma vez o novo horário combinado não foi cumprido. E após questionar, responderam rapidamente que era o trânsito que já estavam a caminho.
No final a entrega foi recebida 2 hora e 40 minutos depois do prazo inicial, e 20 minutos depois do segundo prazo.
Sendo assim, só recomendo a empresa para pessoas que não dependam do cumprimento de prazos e horários para receber a entrega, nem se estressem com atrasos
