★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , fui atendido pelo dono, o mesmo não responde as msgs e é extremamente tendencioso.
Existem 2 formas de locação: uma é só um fiador , que eu tenho e mandei todos os documentos ,a outra forma é seguro fiança, onde a imobiliária cobra um valor como se fosse depósito mas não te devolve no final do contrato.
Aí como é lucro , ele alugou pra outra pessoa nesses termos ou já agiu de má fé e pos outro no meu lugar.
Enfim , esse cara, Lima , não é confiável.
Terrible service, I was attended by the owner, he does not respond to msgs and is extremely biased.
There are 2 ways to lease: one is just a guarantor, which I have and I sent all the documents, the other way is surety bond, where the real estate agency charges you a deposit but does not return it at the end of the contract.
Then, as it's a profit, he rented it to someone else on these terms or he's already acted in bad faith and put someone else in my place.
Anyway, this guy, Lima, is unreliable.
