Hoje já foram 14 aulas realizadas. A cada aula, eu saio cansada, suada (hahaha) e feliz por concluir o treino do dia. Jefferson é sempre prestativo em todas as práticas e encoraja você a nunca desistir. Gratidão!
Stop by and leave my positive feedback, about the excellent professional Jefferson and JR Studio de Pilates. I went in search of treating low back pain and quality of life. Today, 14 classes have been held. Every class, I leave tired, sweaty (hahaha) and happy to finish the day's training. Jefferson is always helpful in all practices and encourages you to never give up. tomava remédios e hoje depois do pilates não sinto dores e nem tomo remédio.
The teacher is excellent! I have a parrot's beak in my neck and osteoarthritis in my hip, I felt terrible pain,
I took medicine and today after Pilates I don't feel pain and I don't take medicine.
