Salgado filho 252,mas comodidade zero...Espero q está empresa,se atualize e entre na globalização...Fui cliente e hj já não acredito mais...
Look,, I did some contract renewals there,, it was all good... I just won't give them credits, because they have a phone and ZAP, which they never even give and don't even answer... They're not updated, so I believe the store is talking about something similar...It is located at Av. Salgado Filho 252, but zero comfort... I hope this company is updated and enters globalization... I was a customer and today I don't believe it anymore...

Disseram que eu tinha jm limite aprovado de $9.500,00. Apenas solicitei $6.000,00 e na hora da liberação me ligaram informando que teria que pagat a taxa de iof antecipada, referente a 10% do valor que havia solicitado.
Disse que a cobrança era indevida, pois drveria vir junto com o valor das parcelas.
Até enviei qual era a lei...mas nada adiantou.
Roberta foi a moça, a qual me atendeu e não teve transparência.
É uma falta de respeito enorme.

They said I had an approved limit of $9,500.00. I only requested $6,000.00 and at the time of release they called me informing me that I would have to pay the advance fee of iof, referring to 10% of the amount I had requested.
He said that the charge was undue, as it should come along with the value of the installments.
I even sent what the law was...but nothing helped.
Roberta was the girl, who attended to me and had no transparency.
It's a huge lack of respect.
