Deveriam fechar isso que chamam de assistência técnica!
Poor service the cell phone got worse than it was, I do not recommend besides saying that it was not them!
They should close what they call technical assistance!

Excellent, I recommend, well located in the center of São Miguel Paulista, RK provides specialized technical assistance in GPS, cell phones, video games, notebooks and Tablets, cover any budget, make glass changes, the interesting thing is that fixing the device with them you wins 1 glass film as a gift, are located at Rua Tenente Luiz Fernando Lobo, 137, São Miguel Paulista, close to the Real store, very close to the center and São Miguel Paulista train station, telephones 94001-1409 and 94031- 6732.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e serviço,fui a loja localizada na rua Tenente Luiz,apenas para trocar a tela do celular, como foi apenas isso o que fui fazer,no local apenas verifiquei a tela, chegando em casa, o primeiro erro que me deparei foi com o botão mal encaixado,logo depois o fone de ouvido que não dava pra ouvir uma música mto menos uma ligação em viva voz ,retornei no local para fazer os tais reparos,o atendente não olhou minha cara e não falou o que tinha acontecido para ter ocorrido o erro,e novamente, verifiquei o fone continua a mesma coisa e outro motivo aparente é a carga que não completa e descarrega rápido o que não era de costume.
Não recomendo essa loja a ninguém!!!
Poor customer service and service, I went to the store located on Rua Tenente Luiz, just to change the cell phone screen, as that was just what I went to do, on the spot I just checked the screen, getting home, the first mistake I came across was with the button badly fitted, right after the earphone that I couldn’t hear a song much less a phone call, I returned to the place to make such repairs, the attendant didn’t look at my face and didn’t say what had happened to have the error occurred, and again, I checked the phone remains the same and another apparent reason is the charge that does not complete and discharges quickly which was not usual.
I don't recommend this store to anyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, meu pai levou o celular para o concerto do display, chegou cheio de elástico na tela dizendo que era para uma maior ficção da cola e que tinha que permanecer por 2 horas, após esse tempo o elástico foi retirado, porém não tinha colado direito, retornamos na loja para que fosse colado novamente e o mesmo aconteceu de novo, SERVIÇO PÉSSIMO, tela mal colada, toda suja de cola, e botão de voltar não funciona. Não indico a ninguém, péssimo serviço e péssimo atendimento, falta de respeito com o consumidor !!!
