Retirei o carro em 30/dez e o mesmo ficou pronto em 26/fev. Com isso e com a mudança de placa em SP, tive problemas e tendo que refazer a documentação.
Os carros são bons, existe transparência por parte da equipe de vendas, que nos auxílio inclusive para conseguirmos as melhores taxas do mercado e cumpriu adequadamente a entrega e vistoria do carro. Mas a parte administrativa deixou a desejar. Deixo o feedback refazendo a minha avaliação, para que possam evoluir quanto a isso.
Excellent service and support on the part of the seller Denilson, for which he would give the five stars, but unfortunately the process of delivering the documentation was slow. I removed the car on Dec / 30 and it was ready on Feb / 26. With that and with the change of board in SP, I had problems and had to redo the documentation.
The cars are good, there is transparency on the part of the sales team, which also helps us to get the best rates in the market and has properly delivered and inspected the car. But the administrative side left something to be desired. I leave the feedback redoing my assessment, so that they can evolve in this regard.
