Só ficam prometendo e nunca cumprem com a palavra. Não indico. Até agora esperando uma solução. O pior de tudo é a falta de comunicação com o cliente.

Em nenhum momento restaram cumpridos os prazos estabelecidos por eles, bem como nunca recebemos as mercadorias que supostamente foram adquiridas por intermédio da empresa, o que ocasionou na rescisão contratual, onde agora vivemos um novo drama, tendo em vista que somente conseguimos o reembolso parcial dos valores pagos há mais de 06 meses à empresa. Os prazos de pagamento não são respeitados, sendo que somente partem promessas por parte da empresa, a qual nunca as cumpre. Diante de nossa péssima e frustrante experiência, além de considerável prejuízo financeiro até o momento, recomendamos fortemente que evitem qualquer negócio com a RK Comex e com seu proprietário. Estamos tomando as medidas judiciais cabíveis para reaver o que nos é de direito.

Ltda, contratou a RK Comex, para importar produtos da linha pet da China em Março de 2021 e até hoje não foi entregue os produtos contratados e pagos antecipados, O proprietário Sr Raphael, não atende o telefone e quando atende, não resolve nada, só enrola, conversa fiada, em fazer o distrato do contrato e efetuar a devolução do meu dinheiro. Está fazendo 1 ano, que estou aguardando a solução , essa empresa e seu proprietário Raphael, não passam de vigaristas, picaretas, que se apropriam do dinheiro das empresas, que as contrata. Não sou a unica empresa, que foi enganada, são varias, que já fizeram reclamações no Reclame aqui, e essa empresa, nem responde as denuncias. Já entrei na justiça para receber o que me é devido, e também, estou acionando criminalmente o Sr Raphael, por ser o responsável pela empresa. Não façam negocio com essa empresa, para não passar pelo que estou passando. Empresa desonesta, que só existe com proposito de dar golpe no mercado.
